Happy 4th of July

We had a busy morning squeezing in a Target trip before nap time, but this afternoon was nice and relaxing. After a loud thunderstorm came through, the boys woke up from nap and then we
ate pulled pork, corn on the cob, macaroni salad, chips, and baked beans. It was delicious and we were ALL stuffed! We took a dip in the pool, did some at home fireworks (the boys loved the small poppers that you throw and explode) and called it a night. Their little faces lit up with excitement when they got to hold a sparkler or watch the fireworks go off. Amelia seemed indifferent but did jump a bit when one of the fireworks made a loud cracking sound.
